Included in the package are two L-shaped elbow rest pads intended to sit along the front lip of a desk, providing cushioning where your forearms typically contact the edge.

Each pad has a high-density memory foam core that balances softness with support. The top layer features a raised, massage-like texture in a smooth, skin-friendly fabric that gently molds to your forearm while maintaining steady support for precise mouse and typing movements.

The underside is finished with a full-coverage silicone grip and the pads form a 90° right-angle that clips to the desk edge. This dual anti-slip approach helps prevent sliding, rotation, or shifting when you change posture or lean on the pads.

Individual pad dimensions are roughly 7 x 4 inches (about 18 x 10 cm), small enough to move but large enough to support the forearm. Place them side-by-side beneath a keyboard or split them to support both keyboard and mouse positions on straight or L-shaped desks.

    Well made and soft

    I was unsure before buying since I couldn't see them in person, but they’re well built and not tacky. They might raise your arms a bit if you like to lean back and tuck under the desk, but with a proper seated posture they’re excellent.
