More than just lighting — a focal piece
Assembly was straightforward. The inner shade ships flat — orient the top arch downward. With the plain shade you can spot some attachment points, but the pleated outer cover hides them nicely. Brightness is adjusted with the remote, so set it from there rather than relying on the pull. My only gripe was the plastic-looking ball finial that holds the shade; I swapped it for a small metal piece. Overall it looks high-end, minimal and surprisingly sturdy. Adds real character.

Nice appearance, shade is fiddly
Putting the shade together took patience; the instructions could be clearer, but it comes together.

Box looked used but lamp is fine
Easy to assemble and very sleek. The box seemed previously opened and taped, which was worrying, but the lamp arrived intact. I wish the shadewere slightly longer. Still happy with it.
