Product description

Accurate temperature control: The unit includes an internal temperature sensor and an attachable external probe. Sensor accuracy is around 0.5°C and the instrument will detect and switch to probe mode automatically when the external probe is connected.

High-performance heating surface: The hotplate is an aluminum core with a ceramic coating that resists many chemicals, transfers heat quickly and cools down efficiently. The display reports temperature with a precision of about ±0.1°C and the controller supports setpoints up to 380°C.

Clear digital interface: A high-resolution LCD shows both set and actual temperature and rotation speed. Digital controls allow precise adjustment of temperature and stirring, with stirring speeds from roughly 200 up to 1500 RPM.

Safety features: When the plate temperature exceeds 50°C a visible HOT alert flashes to warn users even after the heater is switched off. The unit also incorporates overheat protection to reduce risk during unattended operation.

Quality construction: A brushless DC motor provides low maintenance and extended service life. The enclosure is made from high-strength, high-temperature-resistant, flame-retardant plastic for added durability in lab environments.

Usage tips:

2) To speed up heating while using the probe, consider placing a lid on the vessel or wrapping the container in thermal insulation (e.g., heat-resistant cotton) to reduce losses.
