40mm Quick-Light Charcoal Tablets for Incense — 100 Discs
Product description
LARGER DIAMETER: These charcoal tablets are the upgraded 40 mm size, noticeably bigger than the more common 33 mm discs. The bigger surface area gives you a longer-lasting ember and extra room to place incense or resin.
QUANTITY AND PACKAGING: The box contains 100 charcoal discs grouped into 10 individually wrapped packs for easy storage and portioning. Contains 100 pieces total.
SIMPLE IGNITION: These are quick-light briquettes designed to ignite rapidly. A single match or small flame will get the coal going, reaching a steady ember quickly so you can add incense without delay.
CLEAN BURN: Once fully alight the tablets burn with little to no noticeable smell, allowing the fragrance of your incense, resins, or essential oils to predominate.
USES: Suitable for aromatherapy, resin treatments, home incense bowls, and liturgical censers. The larger discs fit common charcoal cups, aluminum bowls, and small boats used to support resin or powdered incense.
BURN TIME: A single 40 mm tablet maintains a strong ember for an extended period (up to about 45 minutes under steady conditions), making them practical for longer sessions.
Pros
- Larger 40mm size for extended burn and more incense space
- Ignites quickly with a small flame
- Neutral burn lets incense aroma stand out
Cons
- Can be brittle if handled roughly
- Starter scent noticeable until fully lit
- May require a charcoal cup for some burners
VerdictThese 40mm quick-light charcoal tablets are a solid option for anyone who wants larger, longer-burning discs for incense, resins, or liturgical use. The pack delivers 100 pieces in ten individually sealed bundles, the coils light almost instantly with minimal starter scent, and a single tablet will sustain a hot ember for many minutes — long enough for extended aroma sessions. Large discs, reliable burn
Nice large discs that light easily and keep a steady ember. No dead pieces.

Arrived damaged but product looks fine
The product itself seems okay though I haven’t tested them yet. The outer box was dented, so I’ll need to inspect for any broken discs.

Perfect size and clean burn
Exactly the size I wanted. They lit easily, burned steadily, and left no lingering coal odor so the incense came through clearly.

Good for church censer use
These light fast and hold heat long enough for liturgical censoring. They lasted about an hour in my setup before needing replacement.

Charcoal works well; packaging needs improvement
I only use this brand of charcoal because it works. The discs arrive more cracked when packed poorly. Product fine, delivery packaging could be sturdier.

Great for resin in a bowl or censor
Using a small aluminum bowl filled with resin over one of these larger tablets gives a long, even aroma. There’s a faint starter scent as it lights but it disappears fast and then performs admirably.
