5-Piece Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl Set — Nesting Kitchen Bowls (1.5–5.3 qt)
Product description
Construction and materials: Each bowl is formed from thicker-gauge, food-safe stainless steel that resists rust and does not react with ingredients. The finish inside is brushed to reduce sticking and the rims are rolled for a comfortable grip and added strength. There are no plastic linings; all layers are metal and BPA-free. The set is built to withstand everyday wear without cracking, chipping, or flaking.
What’s included and sizes: This kit contains five bowls sized approximately 1.5 qt, 2.2 qt, 3.4 qt, 4.2 qt, and 5.3 qt. The smallest handles small prep tasks like whisking dressings or holding chopped ingredients; the mid sizes are suited for everyday mixing and batter prep; the larger bowls accommodate dough, big salads, or marinating poultry. Together they cover most household recipes without needing separate vessels.
Nesting and storage: The bowls are shaped to nest tightly inside one another, cutting storage footprint significantly compared with loose pieces. That compact stacking makes the set suitable for apartments, tiny kitchens, RVs, and campers, or any situation where cabinet space is limited.
Cleaning and markings: A brushed interior helps prevent food from clinging, and each bowl has etched volume markings on the inside for quick measuring—no fading over time. The set is dishwasher-safe, though hand washing is simple with dish soap. Because the markings are etched, they remain readable after many washes.
Temperature range and uses: The robust stainless steel tolerates freezer temperatures up to about -4°F and hot ingredients near 212°F, so you can mix, chill, marinate, or reheat without swapping containers. The absence of a rubber base means they won’t slip on wet surfaces unless stabilized, but the flat, wide profile also allows using a bowl as a double boiler when needed. Suitable for baking, meal prep, serving, and storage.

Stability could improve
Love the set and would buy again, but the small footprint of the base makes them a bit tippy. If you need rock-solid stability, that might bother you.

Solid, well-made bowls
Sturdy and practical — good metal thickness and easy to clean. They don’t have a non-slip bottom, so I put a damp towel under them during mixing. That same smooth base makes them usable as a double boiler. No flaking or fading; they feel built to last.

Prefer these over glass
Much lighter and less fragile than glass bowls. They stand up to an accidental drop better and stack neatly. The internal measurement marks are handy and there’s no plastic lining — all stainless steel throughout.
