Mobility
Adjustable Bed Rail for Seniors with Motion Light & Storage Pockets
Product description
Certified to ASTM F3186-17, this bedside assist rail is built to reduce entrapment and fall risks. The core structure is a reinforced heavy-duty steel frame rated to support up to 400 pounds, providing a firm anchor for elderly adults, pregnant users, and people recovering from surgery.
The rail is adjustable to suit most standard mattress setups: the handrail width ranges from 23 inches to 30.5 inches, and the height can be set between 20.5 inches and 23.5 inches. An extra-long under-mattress stabilizer bar extends as far as 28 inches to improve balance and minimize shifting. It’s intended for Twin, Full, Queen, and King beds with standard mattresses (not compatible with adjustable bed bases).
Assembly requires no tools and can be completed quickly. A safety strap is included to attach the rail to the opposite bed frame for extra security. An integrated motion sensor night light turns on when movement is detected to aid safe nighttime navigation without disturbing sleep.
The grip is wrapped in soft padded foam to provide a warm, non-slip surface that’s gentler on hands than bare metal. A removable storage pocket mounts to the rail and holds glasses, remotes, phones, and books so items are within easy reach.
Designed to help users sit up, reposition, and stand with greater independence, the rail is more than a barrier—it’s an assist device intended to lower fall risk and support daily mobility in the bedroom.
If any parts arrive damaged or missing, the manufacturer offers lifetime after-sales support to resolve defects or shipping issues.

Still helpful after surgery
Had spinal surgery at 37 and I use this daily. It’s been very helpful and reliable.

Poor fit and missing part issues
Bought this for my mom, but the kit included two identical side pieces and I had to drill a new hole so a pin would fit. Annoyed by the cheap assembly quality for the cost.

Easy to set up and steady most of the time
My adjustable bed accepted this rail and the instructions were simple. It gives me stability when getting out of bed at night and keeps essentials close. It feels firmer in some positions than others, but overall I’m pleased and would buy it again.

Worked well for my mother after surgery
We put this on my mother’s queen with an extra-deep mattress after surgery. It went together easily and stayed secure. She could keep her water bottle, remotes, and phone in the pocket and used the rail to pull herself up. It also helped prevent rolling out of bed—good value for the functionality it provides.

Buddy recommended it
Ordered because my brother-in-law has the same style and loves his. He’s a big, tall guy so I expect it will work fine for a 76‑year‑old who needs extra steadiness. I haven’t used mine yet since I won’t be home until later.

Helpful but not rock-solid
Installation was truly tool-free and it fit my mattress. The padded handle is comfortable and offers some support, but the rail shifts when I put weight on it. It seems better suited for light assistance rather than full weight-bearing support.
