Rigid Leg Lifter with Large Foot Loop for Hip & Knee Recovery
Product description
What you get: a single rigid leg lifter strap with a large foot loop, an EVA-foam covered handle, and a sewn-in flat aluminum sheet running the length of the unit.
Rigid internal core: a flat aluminum panel is stitched inside the strap to keep it straight and supportive. The metal spine holds the lower section open so the foot loop resists collapsing when you place a shod or bare foot inside.
Stable triangular structure: the internal sheet extends through the whole piece to form a supportive, semi-rigid shape at the foot end, preventing the loop from folding in on itself and making it easier to hook and lift a leg.
Comfortable grip: the handle is wrapped in soft EVA foam to cushion the hand and reduce fatigue during repeated use, helpful for elderly users and stroke rehabilitation needs.
Length and portability: the strap measures about 42" overall, allowing you to maneuver legs while getting in and out of beds, chairs, wheelchairs, or cars. The unit is lightweight and can be folded for storage or travel so you can maintain mobility wherever you go.

VerdictA practical, no-frills mobility aid for post-op and rehabilitation use. Didn’t help my son after his surgery
Well constructed, but it wasn’t useful for my adult son following his hip replacement. It didn’t meet his needs, so we returned it.

Works well as a stretcher
I don’t use it for surgery recovery, but it’s great for stretching. Lying on my back I slip my foot in and pull toward my chest and outward to stretch thighs and groin.

Huge help for a child with a cast
Only been a day, but this has been a lifesaver. My 11-year-old can move his casted leg without calling us each time, which saves our backs and sanity. The internal wire seems sturdy so far; even if it wears out, I’d buy another for how handy it is.

Highly satisfied — solid and practical
Count me as a pleased buyer. It opens and works without fuss, and the foot loop stays rigid enough to fit a shoe. I’m thinking of keeping one in several rooms instead of hauling one around. It doesn’t need to be perfectly flattened out to function. Very useful and dependable for my post-hip recovery.

Great addition to recovery gear
I bought one after seeing it demonstrated online and it made a big difference. There’s a learning curve, but it helped me be more independent at night after hip surgery. I still use it after a second procedure and find it indispensable.

Top quality but tricky for me
It performed its task and felt well made, though I found it a bit hard to handle. Overall excellent build quality.

Essential after joint replacements
After three joint surgeries in a year this was one of the best aids I used. The support wire keeps the strap extended while slipping it on the foot, making lifting and swinging my operated leg much easier. Durable and simple to use.
