Adjustable Weighted Vest for Men & Women (6–30 lb) with Reflective Stripes
Product description
Adds targeted resistance: This weighted vest comes in seven capacities (6, 8, 12, 16, 20, 25 and 30 lb) to suit beginners through experienced users. It’s intended to increase intensity during walking, running, rucking and bodyweight exercises.
Construction and inserts: The shell is made from neoprene for flexibility and comfort, while the weight comes from iron-sand inserts designed to settle evenly across the vest. The seams are reinforced with double stitching to withstand frequent workouts.
Fit and adjustments: Two adjustable elastic straps with quick-release buckles secure the vest across the chest and allow you to tighten it for a snug fit. The design aims to limit bounce and keep the load centered so it doesn’t pull to one side during movement.
Visibility and safety details: Reflective strips are placed on both the front and back to boost visibility in dim conditions, which is useful for early-morning or evening sessions.
Care and first-use note: A mild, harmless smell can be noticeable straight from the package; airing the vest out in a ventilated spot for a day or two usually removes this. If you encounter issues, customer support is available to assist.

Exactly what I needed to restart walking
Bought to get back into walking and support weight loss. The two front buckles snap on easily and it’s comfortable enough to wear while tidying the house. Simple and effective.

Worth buying—bought a second one
I liked it so much I ordered another. Good weight for daily chores and outdoor use, it hugs the body and makes workouts sweat-inducing in a good way.

A simple way to make daily movement count
I bought a lighter weight to add resistance to walks and chores. It’s easy to put on, adjusts quickly, and the load feels balanced rather than lopsided. Good for rucking, walking and light strength work.

Comfortable for push-ups and walks
I use the 20 lb version for walking and pushups. It’s comfortable and feels cooler than full-plate vests that cover the entire torso. Works well for summertime use.

Perfect walking weight
Haven’t tried running yet but it’s been great for walks. My 12 lb choice fits well and doesn’t make my back sore—might try a heavier one later.

Solid addition to my training kit
The 16 lb vest has performed well for walks, short runs and home circuits. Weight is well distributed, straps get a snug fit, and it doesn’t restrict bodyweight moves. The reflective strips are handy for low-light outings. There was a mild new-product smell at first, but it faded after airing out.

Comfortable but limited waist adjustment
I really like the vest overall. The only downside is you can’t cinch it at the waist, which makes running less secure. I’m 5'5" and 133 lbs and the 12 lb fits well for walking and leg work. The smell isn’t offensive.

Mostly good but a few annoyances
The rear pocket is inconvenient for a phone while moving, and it would benefit from a closure to keep items secure. One side seam feels a bit abrasive against my arm during long walks, which makes swinging my arm uncomfortable. It fits large torsos fine but can be hard to tighten down for smaller frames.
