Cedar Closet Blocks & Hanging Planks with Cedar Balls — 22-Piece Set
Product description
What’s included
This set contains twelve cedar hang-up planks (shipped unassembled) plus ten cedar balls. The hang-up pieces are intended to attach to hangers for coats, shirts and other hanging garments; the balls are sized for placement in drawers, boxes, shoe compartments and storage bags.
Material and origin
All pieces are cut from natural red cedar sourced in North America. No chemical preservatives or added fragrances are used—the aroma comes from the wood itself.
How it’s used
Install the hang-up planks on coat or shirt hangers to impart cedar scent to hanging items; tuck the cedar balls into dresser drawers, storage bins, garment bags or shoes to protect folded pieces. To refresh the fragrance, gently sand or scratch the surface every few months to expose fresh cedar oil. The scent is typically subtle unless held close, yet it serves as an effective deterrent to fabric pests.
Care and customer support
These hang-ups arrive ready for simple assembly. If you have any questions or need assistance, the seller offers a straightforward return or refund process to resolve problems quickly.

Perfect for wool and cashmere care
I’m excited to freshen my wool and cashmere items. These fit nicely in drawers or can be hung. Great product for delicate garments.

Solid cedar set that keeps clothes fresh
I’m pleased with this cedar assortment. The wood scent is clean and not overpowering, and it helps keep moths away without chemicals. The mix of hang-ups, blocks and balls makes it easy to place protection throughout closets, drawers and storage bins. The pieces feel well made and can be refreshed by lightly abrading the surface, so I expect to use them for a long time.

Damaged arrival and no scent
Do not buy. The box came damaged and the cedar balls and chips had no detectable fragrance. Complete waste.

Lovely aroma, but fades quickly for me
The fragrance of fresh cedar is hard to match and the pieces were easy to assemble with a smooth finish. They’re a good value for small closets. My only gripe is that the scent diminished faster than I expected.

Great finishing touch to a closet refresh
These finished my husband’s closet makeover. The hang-up planks screw onto hangers easily and I spaced them every few shirts. Opening the closet brings a lovely natural cedar aroma, and I like that the scent is from real wood. The product comes with guidance on reviving the fragrance so replacements aren’t needed as often.

Exactly what I was looking for
I like cedar’s aroma and its pest-repelling properties. The quantity lets me spread pieces through closets, garment bags and pockets. The included hooks are convenient if you want to hang them, and I also placed several in drawers.

Working well for our moth problem
I enjoy the cedar scent and we paired these with pheromone sticky traps to tackle moths. I didn’t mind installing the hang-up hardware. Supposedly you can scratch the surface after a few months to release more aroma — I’ll try that. Note: the product photos look fuller than the box; quantity is stated in the description so read carefully.

Holes too large; needed glue for secure fit
The idea is good but the hang-up holes were too loose for the hooks, likely due to cedar’s softness. I had to add a drop of glue to keep each hook secure. Needing to screw them in was already inconvenient, and the loose fit cost another point. The cedar scent is pleasant and the set is affordable, but I’d prefer assembled blocks.
