CRUVHEAL Shock-Absorbing Sport Insoles for Men — L, Neutral Arch
Product description
Each package contains one pair of CRUVHEAL athletic insoles sized to match standard shoe ranges and ready to be trimmed for a personalized fit. The inserts combine gel impact zones under the heel and forefoot with a resilient foam base and a breathable fabric top layer to manage shock and moisture.
A deep, contoured heel cup centers and stabilizes the rearfoot while non-slip gel heel pads keep the insole from shifting during quick movements, sprints, and abrupt stops. The neutral arch profile supplies balanced support intended to reduce stress on ankles, knees, and hips during high-impact activity.
Use these insoles in running shoes, basketball or tennis footwear, cross-training sneakers, or court-specific shoes like those used for pickleball and racquet sports. They come as a single pair, so confirm your size before trimming and installing them into your shoes.
Plan for a short break-in of about 3–7 days—start with 2–5 hours of wear daily while your feet adapt. The manufacturer backs the insoles with a one-year coverage, which remains valid even if you trim them to fit.
Pros
- Effective gel-based impact absorption
- Secure heel fit with non-slip pads
- Trim-to-fit and covered for one year
Cons
- Requires a few days to break in
- May need trimming for perfect fit
- Smooth top can allow some foot movement in certain shoes
VerdictThese CRUVHEAL athletic insoles deliver noticeable impact reduction and stable heel lockdown thanks to gel pads and a pronounced heel cup. They work across many sports and everyday wear, helping lower the chance of shin splints, tendon irritation, and blistering. Expect a brief break-in period and the option to trim for a custom fit; the one-year coverage provides added confidence. Best for people

Totally worth it
My new job requires lots of running and my old insoles hurt. Swapping to these made a night-and-day difference—very worthwhile.

Early signs look good
They seem to be helping so far, but it's too soon for a final judgement. Will follow up later.

Perfect for a running ref
As a soccer referee I'm on my feet a lot. These felt springy, handled my wider feet, and replaced worn-out insoles — I even tore a shoe side because they support so well. Slightly heavier than my old insoles but worth it for the comfort and burst when accelerating. Durable, supportive, and easy to fit; I ran a 5K and my feet stayed fine.

Transformed my training
I had three weeks to prepare for a physically demanding role and these cut leg pain dramatically. My run times improved a lot. I use ASICS Nimbus 26 and have very flat feet; after trying many options these were the ones that finally worked. Took around five days to adapt because they're denser, but the cushion and responsiveness were outstanding.

Good cushioning, some slipping
The raised pebble texture at the toe felt odd at first but disappears while running. When walking I felt it more. My feet did slide a bit — the top fabric is smooth — so for long runs over about nine miles the slipping got annoying and might cause blisters. Overall okay for shorter efforts.

I wear them in my daily work boots. It's early to form a full opinion, but at the moment I'm pleased with the purchase.

Solid first impressions
Bought two pairs for walking shoes and court shoes. I feared pressure points from too much thickness, but they are low-profile and stable. After three weeks they feel well-made and comfortable. Initial verdict is excellent; I'll update if durability becomes an issue.
