    Finally, no more destroyed brownies!

    Overall these are well-made pans: thick stamped steel that resists warping, rolled edges, and a useful nonstick surface. I still grease lightly for safety. The latch locks solid and the raised base helps seal, but very thin batters can escape occasionally.

    Easy to use

    These springform pans perform well and I enjoy the square format. I’ve used them for frozen desserts and a cheesecake. They release and clean up easily, and the spring latch provided a snug seal with no problems.
