Aluminum Kayak Cart Trolley — 350 lb Capacity with 12" Inflatable Wheels
Product description
Built from deformation-resistant aluminum alloy, this kayak and paddleboard trolley supports up to 350 lbs. The kit includes a collapsible frame, two 12-inch PU inflatable wheels with 6.3-inch-wide treads, cushioning foam pads on the frame, and two tie-down straps totaling 4 m in length.
The wheels are fitted with dual air nozzles for convenient inflation and deflation. With a wide 6.3" tire profile the cart is designed to roll smoothly over sand, docks, boardwalks and grass without sinking or snagging.
An adjustable support bracket spans from approximately 6.7 inches to 17.3 inches, allowing the dolly to cradle different hull shapes and sizes — from paddleboards and kayaks to canoes and small flat-bottom craft. The foam pads protect finishes and help prevent sliding while the straps secure the boat during transit.
The frame detaches and folds down quickly for one-handed carrying and compact stowage. It’s lightweight enough to slip into an SUV trunk or boat locker and can be assembled or taken apart within seconds for loading and unloading.
Use the trolley by positioning the adjustable brackets to fit your craft, slipping the padded frame under the hull, inflating the tires to the recommended pressure through the dual valves, and fastening the included straps to lock the boat in place for towing or carrying short distances.
Pros
- High 350 lb aluminum frame capacity
- Large 12" inflatable PU wheels for soft terrain
- Quick-fold, lightweight and easy to store
Cons
- Tires can arrive misshapen or require attention
- Not extremely compact when folded
- Wheel performance sensitive to correct inflation
VerdictThis aluminum kayak cart offers a high 350 lb load rating, large 12" inflatable PU wheels for easy movement on soft surfaces, and a compact, foldable frame that assembles in seconds. Foam padding and two long tie-down straps help keep gear secure. Expect a useful, versatile trolley for kayaks, paddleboards, canoes and other flat-bottom boats — though wheel condition and folded bulk are worth check

Saves my back on the beach
Great wheel setup for sandy beaches. I bolted a windsurf boom to the frame and now tow it with my bike — far easier than lifting.

Tire quality needs improvement
Nice little cart, but the tires were terrible — not round, more egg-shaped. After a long wait they finally sent replacement tires.

Slow and disappointing support
One tire leaked after delivery. I reported it and was told to wait 1–2 days for a reply; no phone contact was offered. The response time felt unacceptable.

Carries several SUPs, careful with inflation
Pulled three SUPs over soft sand without trouble. Avoid overinflating the wheels or they don't track well. Main drawback is its size for car storage.

Solid build, simple to assemble
Well made and quick to assemble. I'll see how it carries my 310 Zodiac inflatable — hoping it handles that size like a small jon boat.
